Fold a tiny bit of the top layers of paper behind along the dotted lines.

Fold the paper behind along the dotted lines.

Fold the paper in half.

Make an Inside Reverse Fold along the dotted line.

Open up the paper by folding along the dotted line.

Fold the top of the paper down along the dotted line.

Fold the bottom of the top layer of paper underneath along the dotted line.

Step: 10

Fold the right side of the paper over along the dotted line.

Step: 11

Fold the paper down along the dotted line.

Step: 12

Fold the paper over again along the dotted line.

Step: 13

Make a tiny Inside Reverse Fold at the end of the tail.
